Kath's been reading 'In Falling Snow' by Mary Rose MacColl, which she gave the thumbs up (4 stars in Goodreads)
Naomi's read 'Madness a Memoir' which was agreed to be a good candidate for book club. Naomi had also read 'The Meditations of Marcus Aurelius'
Jackie recommends the following two books: 'The Husband's Secret' and 'The Unfinished Work of Elizabeth D'.

Kath and Vanessa are ploughing their way through J.K. Rowling's "A Casual Vacancy", but seems to be a bit tough going.
Jackie has been reading Monica McInerny and Kathy Kelly, Richard Branson's biography, and David Baldacci's "One Summer". Jackie gave the thumbs up to Diane Chamberlain's "The Lies We Told"
Naomi's usual eclectic reading list included "Why?", "How to be a Man" and "Perfume" by Le Snob!
Naomi and Jackie read Jim Stynes 'My Journey', with good reviews.
Valerie and Kim recommends Markus Zusak's 'The Messenger' (Kim has a copy of this).
Naomi gave 7/10 for Stephen King's '22/11/63' about time travel and JFK's assassination.
Jackie has read the following:
- QF32 – Qantas Pilot – dead boring makes me glad I am not married to a pilot as they must be soooo detailed
- The House of Memories – Monica McInerney – good June you would like this – tragic non-fiction tale with predicatble finish but good entertainment
- The Mystery of Mercy Close – Marian Keyes - did not like this at all
- A Wanted Man – Lee Child – OK but certainly not his best book
Jackie - The Hunger Games - third book, 'Look at Me', Jennifer Egan and looking to read 'All that I Am' by Anna Funder and the Jim Stynes biography
Valerie - 'The Story of Edgar Sawtelle' by David Wroblewski
Naomi : How to Stop Worrying and Start Living by Dale Carnegie.
Vanessa - got into the cookery books this month inspired by the recent French cooking class - 'French Provincial Cooking', Elizabeth David.
